Dr. Rubin received his undergraduate degree from Tulane University. He attended medical school at the University of South Florida College of Medicine. He completed an Internal Medicine residency at the University of Pittsburgh. He practiced for 2 years in Pittsburgh before moving back to Florida to join his current practice.
Dr. Rubin has been married for 22 years and has 2 daughters and 2 dogs. In his free time, he enjoys working out, watching movies and spending time with his family.
